What does the design process entail?Consultation Call: The purpose of the no-obligation consultation call is to get acquainted while providing an opportunity to learn about your business, goals, and prospective identity. Once a clear idea of your business/brand's uniqueness is established, we can start building on the foundation of your core competencies and capitalize on the nuances that differentiate you from the competition. Ideation and Brainstorming: With a clear understanding of your brand’s foundation, we begin a creative exploration phase. This involves research into your industry, audience, and competition to generate ideas that align with your goals and values. During this step, we identify visual opportunities, tone, and communication style that will resonate most effectively with your audience. Initial Deliverable – Style Direction: We’ll present multiple creative directions that may include mood boards, reference imagery or early layout concepts —depending on the project. This helps establish the visual language before full execution begins. The goal is to align expectations and build consensus around the look, feel, and tone of the final deliverables. Revisions and Refinement: Based on your feedback, we’ll refine the chosen direction. This step ensures we’re on the same page before proceeding to full-scale design. Adjustments to color, type, style, or layout may be made here to fine-tune the visual strategy. Primary Deliverable – First Draft: With the direction approved, the first full draft of the deliverable (e.g., logo concept, website homepage, print collateral) is created and presented. This is a comprehensive version designed to showcase your brand or message in action, allowing you to see the work in context. Edits and Revisions – Round 1 After reviewing the first draft, you’ll provide your initial round of feedback. We'll apply your comments with care, keeping both your vision and industry best practices in mind to enhance the work. Edits and Revisions – Round 2 (if necessary) If further refinement is required, a second round of edits allows for more nuanced updates. This ensures clarity and precision in the design’s messaging and appearance. Edits and Revisions – Round 3 (if necessary) In rare cases, a third round may be used to finalize any remaining adjustments. We aim to deliver a product that feels polished, thoughtful, and entirely aligned with your brand’s goals. Final Product Once approved, all final deliverables are prepared and exported in appropriate formats. You’ll receive everything you need to confidently launch, share, or implement the work—from print-ready files and digital assets to style guides or documentation where applicable. We’re also happy to provide support or guidance for what comes next.

How will I be involved in the design processCollaboration is key to everything we do. You’ll be involved from the very beginning, starting with a no-obligation consultation to learn about your business, goals, and brand personality. We’ll then work closely with you during the ideation phase, present direction and drafts for feedback, and incorporate your insights through structured revision rounds. You’ll never be left in the dark—we see every project as a creative partnership. Alternatively, we can accomodate a more hands off approach so you can focus on other aspects of your business while we handle your design projects.
-
Can you work with my existing brand guidelines?Absolutely. If you already have established brand guidelines, we’re happy to work within them to maintain consistency across your materials. Whether it's a specific color palette, typography, or layout system, we’ll ensure that any new design integrates seamlessly with your existing brand identity. If your guidelines need updating or expanding, we can help with that too.
-
Do you offer revisions or changes?Yes—thoughtful revisions are built into our process. After the initial design draft, we offer up to three rounds of revisions to refine the work and ensure it meets your expectations. During these rounds, we’ll carefully implement your feedback while offering guidance based on industry best practices and our design expertise.
-
Do you offer printing services? While we don’t operate as a print shop ourselves, we regularly handle print coordination for our clients. We can prepare press-ready files, recommend trusted local or online printers, and manage the production process to ensure quality and accuracy. Whether it's business cards, signage, packaging, or vehicle wraps, we’ll make sure your designs are executed to the highest standard.
